How to clean your laptop and phone screen safely

1. Power off the device
2. Use a dry microfiber cloth first
3. For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water, never the screen
4. Avoid glass cleaner, kitchen sprays and tissue paper, which can scratch or strip coatings
5. Clean keyboards with a soft brush and compressed air

Many screens have an anti-glare or oil-repellent coating. Harsh chemicals wear it off, and it does not come back.
